The ECITB is running a Stakeholder and Customer Satisfaction Survey to find out how we’re doing and where we can improve.
We will be contacting all in-scope employers, training providers, approved centres as well as other key external stakeholders, during September and October. The survey consists of a telephone interview or an online questionnaire.
Chris Claydon said: “Thank you in advance for taking the time to tell us about your experience of engaging with the ECITB. We are keen to hear as many viewpoints as possible and your input is really important to us.
“This research will help us to measure our performance and, by listening to those that we serve, help us make genuine improvements to the service we deliver.”
The survey fieldwork will be delivered on behalf of the ECITB by research agency IFF Research Ltd, who will ensure all responses are anonymous. You will receive initial phone contact from an IFF Research interviewer from 14 September onwards.
