Impact and Evaluation Manager

We’re looking for an analytical and impact-driven Impact and Evaluation Manager to lead the development and delivery of evaluation frameworks that measure the effectiveness of ECITB’s programmes and initiatives.
This is a key role in ensuring our work delivers real value to the engineering construction industry—shaping strategy, informing decisions, and driving continuous improvement through clear, evidence-based insights.

About you
- Extensive experience in evaluation, impact assessment, performance measurement, or monitoring, preferably within the skills or training sector.
- Academic background in a relevant subject area (e.g., statistics, economics, social sciences, public policy), or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to design and apply evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with experience in data collection, modelling and statistics. Familiarity with data visualisation tools and evaluation software.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights clearly and in an impactful way to a variety of audiences.
- Experience engaging and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy, quality assurance, and documentation.
- Ability to align evaluation insights with strategic goals to support evidence-based decision-making.
