Hilary was appointed to the Board in 2018 and Chairs the ECITB Audit and Risk Committee.

A Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and a Chartered Engineer since 1994 having gained extensive experience with various engineering contractors in the Oil and Gas industry.

In recent years Hilary has worked on Net Zero policy for both DESNZ and Ofgem, currently specialising in Hydrogen Strategy.
