Graduate of the Year Award

This award is open to any individual who is working towards or has successfully completed a graduate programme in their organisation within the previous 12 months.

Judges will be looking for nominees who have made significant contributions to the engineering construction industry and their own organisation; demonstrating commitment to their own personal development and progression; and displaying true inspirational qualities.

This award can be nominated by the employer only.
