ACE- Assuring Competence in Engineering Construction
The ACE scheme validates a range of skills against National Occupational Standards ensuring people working in the engineering construction industry are competent both in Health & Safety and their discipline. ACE delivers on key government and HSE requirements and recognises the importance of continuous training/assessment through the ACE renewal process.
In order to be eligible for an ACE Card, an ECITB VQ needs to have been completed and you must hold a valid CCNSG Safety Passport.
To apply, please download and complete the form below. Once completed it can be emailed back to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a passport sized photo (preferably as a jpeg image if possible).
Alternatively you can post to:
1 Church Lane
There is no fee for a renewal card, although a charge of £24 will apply if you have lost the card and it is still valid. To apply for a replacement card, please complete and return the Replacement Card form along with a £24 cheque made payable to ECITB.
In order to renew the ACE Card you need to have a valid CCNSG Safety Passport. If you do, then you will be issued with a Combined CCNSG/ACE Card. If you do not have a valid CCNSG Safety Passport card then you will need to contact a local CCNSG Approved Training Provider and book onto the CCNSG course. You can then request a Combined CCNSG/ACE Card from the Training Provider when you take this course.
