The site has been developed to recognised web standards for XHTML, CSS and accessibility and in accordance with UK government guidelines.The site has also been optimised for assistive device like screen readers so that the pages are content loaded (all the important content comes first), use structural markup and all presentation control is kept in an external stylesheet.
