Annual Review 2007
I am delighted to report that 2007 was an excellent year. Improved engagement with our customers and stakeholders has increased the training momentum in the industry substantially.
Ambitious targets were met or exceeded and the step change in apprenticeship enrolment is one of a series of strong results.
There is no doubt that the industry is benefiting from increased activity in all the major areas where engineering construction
contributes. This has thrown into sharp relief both skills shortages and skills gaps.
