We are seeking someone with excellent decision-making skills who has an eye for quality and standards to join our Training Provider Approval and Monitoring team. You will be responsible for ensuring that new training providers are approved and meet our standards for training delivery to apprentices and other workers in the engineering construction industry, and for carrying out independent and rigorous quality assurance of the ECITB qualifications being delivered by existing approved centres.
Working from home, you will be a self-starter with excellent organisation skills as this role covers Scotland from a Central Belt base. A strong working knowledge of carrying out audits is essential for this role and you are likely to have previous experience of auditing, external verification, and training within the Construction or Engineering Construction Industry such as Craft & Technical training or Health & Safety training. IT literacy is essential in this role along with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work to deadlines and deliver results under pressure.
The successful candidate must reside in the Central Belt region of Scotland.
