Under this newly developed scheme, registered companies may claim a grant for each employee who attains the following through a company scheme accredited by a recognised Professional Engineering Institution (PEI).

• Chartered Engineer Status (CEng) – Grant payable £3000

• Incorporated Engineer Status (IEng) – Grant payable £2000

• Technicians who achieve Engineering Technician (EngTech) – Grant payable £1000
