Project Control as a function is there to ensure that project managers have all the information they need to make decisions throughout the life-cycle of an engineering construction project.
Project Controllers work both in an office environment using the latest computer systems and occasionally on engineering construction sites to become familiar with all aspects of engineering construction projects, such as estimating, planning and procurement.
