The Arkwright Scholarships Trust helps to promote the value of an engineering/technology career by providing sponsored scholarships and the giving direct contact to those areas of the engineering industry who will be seeking to recruit them in the future. The Scholarship consists of an award of £900 over two years of Sixth form study (£450 per year : £250 for the Scholar and £200 for the School’s D&T Department)
Applications are welcome from all high calibre Yr 11 students who are studying D&T at an Affiliated Arkwright School, who plan to study appropriate ‘A’ Level subjects including Maths and who are considering taking an engineering / technological degree at university.
