ECITB provides whole career progression from start to finish.  A series of skills, supervisory, management and professional training programmes will make certain individuals have the expertise to tackle current and future industry demands.

ECITB qualifications both acknowledge and certify your industry specific knowledge, competence and experience.

The Graduate

ECITB works closely with you to develop the workforce for current and future needs. From attracting apprentices to training, qualifying and extending the knowledge of existing staff.

The Training Provider

The ECITB provides support, training and accreditation for training providers – guaranteeing quality for the entire industry.

The Training Provider Accreditation and Monitoring Framework were implemented in 2008 to improve training standards and effectiveness across all ECITB programmes.

The Industry

As the industry representative, the ECITB collaborates with stakeholders and the Government at the highest levels to influence policy and ensure the workforce is equipped with the education and skills needed to secure the future of the engineering construction industry.
