Industry Sector & National Profiles
Research has been conducted into the key sectors that involve engineering construction activity and the information is compiled in the following report using a wide range of publicly available sources. The information is regularly reviewed by industry experts.The sector profiles following this research develop a picture of current activity and value of the industry to the UK economy.
Our findings clearly indicate that in the next 10-15 years there will be a significant increase in the amount of engineering construction activity occurring in certain sectors. Analysis predicts that the industry needs to attract, develop and qualify around 60,000 ECI personal by 2023 to replace retirees and meet the expansion in demand.
